"Just wanted to drop note to thank all of you at Northstar for providing such great videos. I had been using a Bell helmet that as it turns out was too big. Your video on helmet fitting made me realize that I had the wrong size helmet so I took the advice of John and called and consulted Jeannie on which size helmet I should get based on my head size and shape. Sure enough she nailed it right on, my Stilo arrived today and fit exactly as John discussed, tight to get on and pretty tight everywhere when fully on. I really appreciate all that you folks do to help us get the right safety equipment. One thing that Jeannie mentioned was that Bell Helmets are very round, since I have a oval head the my 6.5 CM head fits much better in the 61CM size helmet than I fit in the Bell. I don't think John has talked a lot about this so perhaps a video about that nuance would help others. The advice to call you folks before ordering is excellent advice and you are welcome to use me as an example of how things work out better your way. Thanks again, you have won my business for life!"
