The Alpinestars SP Nomex Racing Shoe is constructed from a blend of quality suede leathers for optimum comfort. The sharp sleek profile is derived from Formula 1 to provide the best possible pedal interaction. The Alpinestars SP Nomex Racing Shoe also features an ultra-lightweight, soft feel design with perforated tongue and lateral panels to maximize breathability. A soft, thin liner on the tongue and lateral panels offer improved comfort and the F1-style sole uses Alpinestars' exclusive rubber compound for improved pedal feel and grip in race conditions. The Alpinestars SP Nomex Racing shoe has a lace closure system and an innovative Alpinestars foot counter that features multi-compound construction for maximum performance: an ergonomic, molded fireproof Polypropylene heel counter provides support and stability inside the shoe, while a flatter forefoot with die-cut ribbing provides greater feel on the pedals. SFI 3.3 certified and complies with FIA 8856-2000 homologation standards.
