The younger racer, and their parents who support them, have asked for a lighter helmet and G-Force has delivered the G-Force Junior Auto Racing Helmet. With many racers, some younger than 5 years old, wearing a helmet with less weight is critical for the underdeveloped neck and shoulders. The G-Force Junior Auto Racing Helmet has a smaller shell and the inner liner grows with the child. Instead of buying a new helmet for each step of the drivers' growth, just switch the crown liner and the cheek pads and presto, a larger helmet! The G-Force Junior Auto Racing Helmet comes standard with a multi-stage pad set. With all pads installed the helmet is a child's small. Remove one set for a child's medium and remove both pads to obtain child's large sizing. Other features of the G-Force Junior Auto Racing Helmet include a down force chin bar for stability and styling. The ventilation system moves cool air through the chin bar and out the top and rear vents for a great cooling effect. The G-Force Junior Auto Racing Helmet is lined with a CoolTec soft knit flame retardant liner, which is hypoallergenic and comfortable on the skin. Rated SFI 24.1. One size. Fits head size 5 1/4 to 6 1/2 (One size fits average up to age 9). Available in White, Black or Silver.
